We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Spartan is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to certain states. Click here for a list of states.
If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different destinations), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.
Taxes will be added to your order if you are shipping to any of the following states.
If you have a special request for a specific "In-hand" date, be sure to indicate such on the order form.
Shipping costs - Shipping will be billed at cost and calculated with your order. Your order will be charged for the actual shipping.
All prices are based upon U.S. dollars.
There is an $18.50 handling charge for international shipments. All freight charges will be invoiced to the customer at cost. All taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the recipient. In the event that the customs department requires a certificate of origin, the cost to produce this will be charged to the customer as well.
We can only accept credit card orders for merchandise shipping outside the U.S.

We have a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you ordered, please contact Spartan Promotional Group Customer Service at (651) 739-6498 or e-mail email@example.com to receive a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). When we receive the product back from you we will either credit your account or send a replacement item. The customer will be responsible for return freight to and from Spartan for this product. In the event that the merchandise is damaged or incorrect, Spartan will issue a call tag for that item and will reship a new item at our expense. Claims for damaged goods or non-receipt of merchandise will be honored for 30 days after your order has been placed. Please save the packing slip and material.
